How it works

It does the outreach. You keep the final say.

  1. 1

    Finds

The businesses and people who can send you customers, near you or wherever you sell.

  2. 2

    Writes

Each email in your business's name, from the facts and offers you gave it.

  3. 3

    Shows you

Every email in iMessage and on your private dashboard, before it goes.

  4. 4

    Sends and follows up

On weekdays, 8 AM to 6 PM your time. If a business doesn't answer, it follows up at most twice.

  5. 5

    Tells you

When a business replies, it texts you what they said. The conversation is yours from there.

What goes out

Every email, exactly as the business will see it.

This is the kind of email it writes. You see each one before it goes. The business here is an example, not a real one.

SubjectWindow cleaning for your J Street buildings

Hi Dana,

I run Brightline Window Co. here in Sacramento. We clean windows for homes and small apartment buildings, inside and out, and we're insured.

If your J Street buildings are due for a clean, I'd be glad to quote all four. New property-management clients get 15% off the first visit.

Would a short walk-through next week work?

  1. 1
    Your business's name

The email comes from your business and is signed with the name you give.

  2. 2
A real contact, never a guess

It writes to a named person only when their business publishes the address, or a contact-data source lists it as verified. It never guesses an email address.

  3. 3
    Only what you told it

Facts and offers come from you. It never invents prices, discounts or claims.

  4. 4
Your address and a way out

Every email ends with your mailing address, as US law requires, and a one-reply opt-out. No email goes out until you give an address. A PO box works.

  5. 5
Who sends it, and an unsubscribe link

The last lines name us, the company that sends it for you, with our postal address, and give a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rules

Nothing goes out that you haven't seen.

  • Your first day

Every email waits for your yes.

  • After that

An email it has shown you goes 4 hours later, on a weekday between 8 AM and 6 PM your time, unless you say skip. Your yes sends it in that same window.

  • Only counted

An email it only counted, as in 3 more are ready, never goes without your yes.

  • Hold everything

Say nothing goes out unless I say so and every email waits for your yes until you lift it.

  • Pause or stop

Say pause to stop new work and resume to start again. Text STOP to end it.

  • Limits

At most 3 emails a day for your account. Never the same business twice in 90 days, unless you ask for it by name.

  • Never

It never posts anything publicly, never calls or texts businesses, and never buys, pays or signs anything for you. For pilots it reaches businesses by email only.

Who it's for

For owners with no time to prompt an AI.

You text it the way you'd brief a new hire. It works out the rest and checks with you before anything goes.

Local services

Plumbers, cleaners, salons, trainers, caterers, pet care.

It finds the businesses that send steady work, and writes to them for you.

  • Property managers
  • HOAs
  • Offices
  • Gyms
  • Event venues
  • Hotels

B2B and lead-gen

Agencies, consultants, bookkeepers, IT and lead-gen firms.

It finds companies that buy what you sell, and the partners who already serve them.

  • Coworking spaces
  • Business associations
  • Commercial real estate firms
  • Growing local companies

Real estate

Agents, brokers, lenders, inspectors.

It finds the people who meet buyers and sellers first, so referrals come to you.

  • Mortgage brokers
  • Home inspectors
  • Movers
  • Insurance agents
  • Estate planning attorneys

And anything else you sell. It works out whether your customers are down the street, across the state, across the country or online, and searches to match. More on who it's for

Your dashboard

One private page with everything it's doing.

Every text can carry a link to your own dashboard. There is no app and no password to remember.

  • See who it found, and why each one fits.
  • Read every email before it goes.

Questions

Plain answers.

What does it cost?

Free during the pilot. There is no card to enter, and nothing can be charged.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It is a text thread in iMessage on your iPhone, plus a private dashboard you open from a link in your texts.

Will it send something I haven't seen?

No. On your first day every email waits for your yes. After that, an email it has shown you goes 4 hours later, on a weekday between 8 AM and 6 PM your time, unless you say skip.

Whose name is on the emails?

Your business's. Each email is signed with the name you give, and the footer carries your mailing address.

What happens when a business replies?

It texts you what they said. From then on the conversation is yours, and it doesn't email that business again for you.

What if someone asks not to be emailed?

When a business asks to stop, no one using marketanything emails that address again. The same goes for a bounce or a spam report.

Does it post on social media, call or text anyone?

No. It never posts anything publicly, and it never calls, texts or messages businesses. For pilots it reaches businesses by email only.

Can it send from my own Gmail?

Where it's offered, and only if you choose, you can connect Gmail so emails you approve go from your own address. The permission marketanything asks Google for can only send: it cannot read your inbox. How Gmail works with marketanything and our Google user data policy.

How do I stop?

Say pause to stop new work, or text STOP to end it. You can also text delete my data at any time.
